What is a POA?
The role of the PGA Village Property Owners' Association (POA) is to provide for the preservation and enhancement of property values and amenities within The Village in an effort to contribute to the personal, general health, safety, and welfare of the property owners and residents therein.

What does the POA manage?
The POA maintains the roadways, signs, common areas, preserves, lake and wetland maintenance, Comcast cable, Island Club, gatehouses, and access control.

What is the difference between the POA and the HOA?
The difference between the HOA and the POA is the responsibilities to the community. The POA office handles the common areas and the HOA office takes care of your actual properties and sub-association community that you live in.

How do call in a Guest?

You can call in your guests to the Main Gate at (772) 489-2583 or the automated line at (772) 489-9407.  You can also click on the Gate Access tab to register your guests or vendors. What is included in Comcast?
PGA Village has a standing contract with Comcast. Under this contract, property owners are provided HD cable services with HD equipment. The new plan includes a lineup of over 200+ channels.
Each resident will receive one HD converter and two small HD adapters. This contract may include high-speed Internet in addition to the HD services. The local Comcast store is located at the intersection of Port Saint Lucie and Bayshore Boulevard in the Winn Dixie plaza. Their phone number is: 1-800-COMCAST. The PGA Village contract also includes high-speed wireless internet. Management will ensure that the community is informed of any upcoming opt-in periods.

What about Payments?
The Master POA and the Sub Association HOA have separate assessments that cover different areas. The Master POA assessments are due quarterly; January, April, July, and October. Residents will receive a new coupon booklet at the end of each year that shows the assessment amount and the appropriate mailing address for assessments. Residents also have the option to pay online or set up direct debit. To make payments online, please visit www.CastleGroup.com. Quarterly assessment dues received on or after the 15th of the month are considered late.

When are the Board Meetings?
All board meetings and workshops are posted at each gatehouse 14 days before the meeting and are listed in the weekly publication of the Village Voyce. If you need information regarding a meeting, please call the POA office. All board meeting minutes can be found on the website.

How do I obtain a Transponder(t-sticker)?

The West Gate handles the Transponder (T-stickers) from 10 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 P.M., Monday - Saturday.  The fee for owners is $30.00 and for tenants $40.00.

How Can I Make My Quarterly Assessment Payment?

You may pay the next quarterly assessment online at www.castlegroup.com and click on “Pay Online”. There is a convenience fee of $3.95 if you pay with your checking account or 3% of the payment if you pay with your credit card.

If you would like to take advantage of the Autopay option, a free service that is provided, whereby once enrolled your quarterly maintenance fees only would be auto-debited from your account between the 5th and the 10th of each quarter. If you are interested, you can log onto this service by going through the community website at  http://pgavillagepoa.com or https://castleclick.castlegroup.com/autopay   First time users will need a verification code and the account number.  These can be provided to you by calling the POA office at (772) 467-1503.

Where can I get information regarding a storm/hurricane or natural disaster?

If there is a power outage, who can I call?
